Whitney Griffin oversees all of the investments; in real estate for Olympic Management Co as well as maintaining an intimate involvement in the asset managed by the company. More...

He began Olympic Management Co. in 1992 and has been in the property management industry since 1987.  Mr. Griffin is a graduate of Colorado College.

CPM, Vice President
Joe Sims oversees the day-to-day operations of all of the assets managed by Olympic Management Co. More...

Mr. Sims has been with Olympic since 1996 and has been working in the property management industry for over 25 years.  He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).  Mr. Sims holds a Real Estate license in the state of Washington, membership in IREM and is an affiliate member of the Board of Realtors. He also serves as the designated Broker for Olympic Management Co.

Controller
Marta St. Johns has been with Olympic since its inception in 1992.  She has over 20 years of accounting experience. More...

She attended Central Washington University.  Mrs. St Johns has served in several capacities on the Board for the Skyline Property Management Software User Group in Seattle. She has also served as an auditor liaison for the State of Washington

CPM, Property Manager
Ed Vander Meulen is a property manager and has been with Olympic since it began in 1992.  More...

Mr. Vander Meulen oversees the operations of over 1000 apartment units and 20,000 square fee of commercial space. Mr. Vander Meulen holds a Real Estate license in the state of Washington, membership in IREM and is an affiliate member of the Board of Realtors.  He is a CPMÒ and is also certified through Spectrum as a Certified Credit Compliance Professional for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. 

Property Manager
Mike Acfalle has been with Olympic since 1999.  Mr. Acfalle oversees the operations of over 1,200 apartment units.  More...

He has over 20 years of experience in the property management industry and has worked at every level of property management.  Mr. Acfalle holds a Real Estate license in the state of Washington.
